Bought this for commercial use and it broke down in just 3 months. Trying to get help has been a nightmare. When equipment fails, you need fast support— responses take forever and no solution has been provided. Save your time and money. Very disappointing experience.

Le réservoir fuit. J'ai contacté le service client et leur ai fourni des photos et une vidéo, en précisant que la fuite ne provenait pas du robinet. Deux jours plus tard, ils m'ont envoyé une vidéo pour réparer la fuite autour du robinet. Je suis vraiment déçu.

Poor quality
The water tank is leaking after the first use and they send me a video that tells me to sand it and epoxy the leaky weld. Lol. I didn't want to buy a broken machine that I'm supposed to seal myself. I wanted a new machine that should work out of the box, not need a repair.

Beware do not buy this product, waste of money and TIME. I bought food warmer at vevor for first time and it last 5 months. I give them another chance oredr one again and it last 1 month. Very poor quality. Costumer service is the WORSE you can deal during refunds. Wasted times.

Inadmissible un tel produit. La cuve n'est meme pas unique, c'est plaque vissées non étanches ! fuit dès la première utilisation. J'envoie la video, on me dit "envoyez une video", que je renvoie ... puis "suivez la video pour identifier si c'est le bac qui fuit. Ben oui c'est indiqué sur la video ! le bac fuit ! on fait quoi maintenant
