Overall ok but I received with so many damages

Unit arrived on time, a day before requiring for a function, looked great. I filled with water just below the "Max" line and turned on, then a few minutes later, water was leaking form the bottom. I immediately contacted support and this is where things started to fail. I couldn't receive a RMA but was directed to problem solve all the basics, this didn't solve the issue, so they directed me to remove the bottom of the unit exposing the wiring and test. I really do not like playing with water and wiring that is live so I took it to a shop. The nuts apparently on the lines were not tightened allowing water to escape. After a few messages back and forth, Vevor refunded me some money (Not enough to cover the repairs) but there was no interest from them to do much. Unit is now working as intended. Just be aware there might be little support for products purchased.

Baine marie was supplied with a drainage valve which could not be inserted into the baine marie opening. Had to call the plumber to fix it and was told that the valve would not fit the opening as it was of the same diameter. Contacted customer care and they keep sending me incorrect instructional videos. They don't even have a phone number to contact.

Both this product for my opening and this is how it came and I’m being offered 100 and told to seek a technician to fix I will never buy from this company again. This is a used product when I paid for a new product and the prices that are broken off is not in the box and the product was taped up I’m not stupid it has scratches on it

Welding seam poorly done missing an N nut for glass cover

Deuxième produit similaire acheté. Les deux n'ont jamais fonctionné. PAs même une seule fois. à cause de fuite incessante. J'ai laissé des vidéos, commentaire et photos pour la réclamation et le remboursement mais aucune réponse. Déception complète. Une arnaque. Je souhaite le remboursement intégral.

If you want to waste your money, buy this item. Poor quality at all. I have bought more than 3 and they all are out of order. Customer service always want you to repair it after many pictures and videos you send them. I do not recommend it at all. ( The last one only last two months)

I bought two of this equipment and did not ast long.

Used 3 times and it actually blew up and was on fire in my food truck. Garbage!

VEVOR IS SCAM, they make you order products with return policy policy but in actual there is no return policy.
