Biggest let down was the harness, it was impossible to set up correctly

Trigger spring assembly stopped working on the first day of use! Looking for guidance on troubleshooting repairs for trigger unable to find anything

This is the first item I have purchased from you company I would say is not worth buying. Because it's not made for constant use. My second time using it the shaft seized up. And now two of the attachments do not work. . But I will say every other product I've ever gotten from your company has been excellent except for this one. Also I would like to say on your blower pack the handle is made of a cheap plastic that is not sturdy. But it does run great

used it one time now wont start i think on off switch fell apart???? It did work well until I turned it off never to restart

Several parts were bent or broken. The instructions were not good. I was looking forward using this on the farm but sadly didn't happen. Not sure yet if I want to oder the jack hammer because I cant afford another issue. Others seemed to have better luck.

Well you get what you pay for I suppose. The guts of the machine are ok but the peripherals are mostly cheap plastic junk. For example the pin on the plastic handle, that fits in a hole on the shaft to keep it from moving, broke before I could even finish tightening the bolts. Had to grind down a screw head to fit the hole and install it in place of the boken pin. The zipper tab on the bag is the cheapest plastic made and didn't even survive the first zip. The plastic handle of the supplied slot screwdriver broke on first use. The jaws of the supplied box wrench are so poorly formed that it can only be used on one side. Every bolt had to be retightened! Every one! The weed Wacker attachment has seen about 2 hours use now and has run well but the bearings are not running as smoothly anymore. The pole saw attachment has also run well although as expected the chain stretched quite a bit the first few cuts. However because the blade is offset fron the shaft, its weight wants to rotate it clockwise. The locking pin then starts to elongate the hole in the shaft so that the bade is about 45° off axis when using the extention as the 2 pins combine. Trying to tighten the knobs to prevent this rotation is futile as the surfaces of the poles are smooth aluminum and covered in lube. I ended up stripping both knobs within the first 30 mins of use. Hade to replace them with grade 8 bolts and nuts and take some coarse grit sand paper to the ends of the poles to give enough friction to prevent the rotation. Makes changing attachments not so easy... The ends should have been knurled. The aluminum pole should have been thicker and the locking pin should not have so much play in the hole to begin with. Have not used the hedge attachment yet. I wonder what surprises I will find?

No expectation at all its a peace of junk fucking machine , bring this shit back to china. This not a star Minus 0.0000009 star. Its didt work one day
