Works pretty good just too heavy even with the harness

Very powerful and runs great. However I was missing some hardware to assemble. Also gaurd for the string trimmer is very weak and broke.

Took about 2 hours just to install the faulty handle . Had buyers remorse 3 hours into assembly. . Asked for a refund and it took two weeks for them to reply with an email saying they would refund me half of the cost even after admitting that the product had defects . Took another two weeks to get a full refund response. Spend the extra $75 and buy a reputable brand . Customer service is an absolute joke.

release pins difficult to use, shaft alignment a stab in the dark?

Only used Trimmer one time and the end that locks in the engine got torn up, would like to speak to somone about this matter.

Already broke the string trimmer head. Seems impossible to get replacement parts. Not cool.

Great product, couple things I thought it came with a extension for pole saw did not, the polw saw a little short. Do not like the starting mechanisms

I am very surprised by how well the engine performs for the price. Starts extremely easy first pull. The kill switch is in a bad position and very easy to accidentally turn off. I have done a lot of work with the hedge cutter and strimmer and it works well. However the hedge cutter broke, possibly a gear in the hedgecutter. Hopefully you can send me a replacement part. Very happy with the tool other than that.
