Not working from the first try.
I received the 63cc trimmer on 9/14/26. Tried it on 9/15/26 and it doesn't work. I email vevor and chat with a machine. No real reply so far. The box was opened and somethings was not in a box like the videos showed. I paid for someone to do my yard and the yard is not done because of this mess. I need a replacement or a refund. This 63cc trimmer didn't even start to let me hear it once. We tried so many times for about 4 hours until we decided to quit it and contact vevor. No service so far.
Vevor is not really trying to help me with this problem. I need a refund so I fan buy one at a store instead of online. Online support is not good. I spent all my saving in this trimmer and I can't even used it once. The city is on my back and I have no extra cash. Without a working replacement or a refund I can't solve this mess. I had to pay $100 on the 15th just because the cleaning crew came after driving 50 minutes to my house to clear the yard and the vevor 63cc trimmer did work. They tried for almost 4 hours. This is a nightmare. I have vevor kitchen equipments and they are solid, but the vevor 63cc trimmer is a nightmare for me to handle. If I knew this would happen, I would buy one at Walmart and have it delivered within the same day instead of waiting almost a week for vevor to mail it through UPS with a half open box and everything all messed up. I left my number with many messages to fix this but no real response so far. This mess is giving a headache.

Lots of gear for the price
Great service and lots of support when ordering. However, I used it once and when I refuelled the pull string starter broke. As I say support has been very good and they acknowledge the issue and resend a new starter. Will fully review when that arrives.

Powerful engine, complicated attachments.
Powerful engine, heavy duty . . . and just heavy. Harness is essential for control and balance.
Instructions are vague.
Manual showed metal handle, not supplied. Needed customer service to explain how to attach plastic handle instead.
Ran it for about an hour.
THEN THE GAS TANK FELL OFF. Two of the three screws worked loose. Customer service advised buy replacements locally.
Running brush cutter, unit vibrated violently. Plastic handle broke. (CustSvc will replace; from China, waiting 2 weeks.) Vibrations distorted connection hole that receives springloaded button holding it on to shaft; had to grind off to remove tool. (Will need to ask for replacement shaft.)
Pole saw is only one section long, about 6-7 feet from ground. Not tall enough to reach most branches. Pole saw attchment leaked oil, spotting floor.
Gloves are nice. Small is my size.
I think it will do good work, eventually, but the learning curve is steep.

Updated
I got the 33CC in last week. It is a beast of a machine. I haven’t tried all the attachments yet, but everything seems to be well made. It started right up with no problems. it runs good and has plenty of power. The draw backs so far is that the unit is heavy, shoulder strap will help. Make sure to read instructions on attaching the brush blades so that they are put on correctly. Overall great unit for the price. This is a good value for residential use.
Update: After 3 uses the trimmer is no longer firing. Not sure if it’s the coil or a bad switch? Not happy with only 3 uses and now it doesn’t start.

Not the worst product
I purchased this product in July and used it for the first time during the first week. Unfortunately, on the very first day, something inside broke, which I believe was part of the locking mechanism.
I opened it up and was able to work on the mechanism myself and get the product functioning again. Since then, it has worked well and I haven’t had any other issues. The only problem is that the locking button no longer works.
Overall, I actually think the product is fairly easy to work on and I’ve been able to continue using it, but I was disappointed that this happened on the very first day of use. I wanted to reach out and see what you might be able to do to help with this issue.

Good trimmer but...
Well I bought the 63cc trimmer with the attachments and first thing as I pulled out of the box I had a cracked fuel tank. Didn't have time to send it back because I needed to cut grass so it just put some JB weld on it and it worked really well. Next it was running really good and cutting really well but then it got hot and then just cut off. Now I've been messing with the carburetor trying to get it to run. Next thing I'm going to have to do is pull it apart and see why it's not getting fuel. Guess I'll just have to go to my local Ace hardware and get a Stihl for $500 even though this one was only $180 with attachments. The only thing I hope is the attachments will fit the Stihl. Also I had new harness, the one that came out of the box was obviously you get what you pay for with the weed eater. You're going to get the same type of harness.

"Affordable" for a reason
Very powerful trimmer. Definitely gets the job done. But...
Fresh out of the box, I had to tighten all of the bolts that hold the engine together. Also had to reinsert the fuel return line. Within the first 2 hours of using it, 3 of the 4 bolts that hold the gas tank fell out, allowing the tank to hang to the point of almost completely falling off. Needles to say, those bolts are gone forever. Also, the entire time using it, the trimmer kept turning off because of the kill switch being extremely loose.
Having years of experience with small engine equipment, I can most likely fix the issues. However, this should be more usable out of the box, not after going over everything with a fine toothed comb for and hour before starting it up.
It's very "affordable" for a reason
I have other vevor products, and this is the first one I've had any issues with.

Heavy, uncomfortable and cumbersome.
- first of all, this is a very powerful machine and that's about it!
- Used as a weed eater and a brush cutter, it's very uncomfortable machine to
use.
The balance of the machine when attached to the harness is way off, so you
end holding up the (very heavy) machine up with your rear arm. Not great!
- The harness sucks, is difficult/impossible to get to sit right and is very
uncomfortable to wear with the machine. The attachment clip is poor and
difficult to attach to the machine.
- The on/off switch in front of your trigger hand is in a bad position and keeps
switching the machine off, and since you have to unclip from the harness -
which you can't do with gloves on, to start it again - super annoying!! I had to
tape the switch in the run position.
- The face shield can't be worn with ear muffs on, so useless!!
- Not looking forward to use the hedge trimmer or pole saw attachments
simply because of the weight of the machine.
- Even though everything is good quality and the engine runs flawlessly, I
personally would never buy this again if it breaks down.

Built like junk
Built like junk - unsafe to use
First arrived and the handle was broken - WEEKS later the replacement part arrived, and its the wrong part. Now trying to assemble the rest because I give up with support, and the bolts for the trimmer safety guard are the softest bolts and nuts I've ever seen. Stripped on the first go and now impossible to get tight. Everything else I've bought from Vevor has come with fantastic instructions, the instructions with this are a joke
