The reel arrived with so many missing pieces I was unable to use. I wouldn't recommend this product.

When secured on a wall made the task rolling up my garden hose quick and easy. Sturdy product. Large size is a plus. I Recommend over smaller models even if your hose is just 50 feet so easy fit and function are assured to be easy

I have 200 feet of hose. This is easy to wind in and out. It’s full with 200 ft of hose but is the best hose reel I have ever owned. I have it mounted on the wall of a barn. Wish I had found it sooner

It’s been a really nice addition to my garden. I find that it’s sturdy. It has that kind of heavy wrought iron metal base to it. It’s very stable and I really like the build quality that I found when I opened it up. It’s easy to use; you simply just crank up your hose. I also like that it comes with a connector from the mount itself that goes into the spigot. It makes it very easy to connect all your hoses. I have not actually installed it on the side of the house because I didn’t want to yet. So I can’t speak to the ease of installation however I’ve been using it literally every day to water my front garden patch and so I think it is really nice value for the money and I’ve been pretty impressed with it so far.

I didn't have any issues with mine and it was pretty straightforward to install and looks good. So far it's working as advertised and it unrolls and rolls up the hose easily. If this is your style, it's worth it.

My husband mounted it on the side of our deck and it looks great. Rolls the hose up nicely. Metal is well made.

Extremely happy with this! It is so easy to wind up and put the hose away, I find myself looking forward to doing it (likely because we just installed it but still!). Husband was easily able to install and bolt into the house, so no worries about it not holding up. We live in Michigan, and in a \"wind tunnel\". It has been up for a month or so, and have not had an issue. Would highly recommend.
