The reel in mechanism failed the third time I used it. It won’t reel in the hose after use. It worked the first two times. Now it only reels in half the hose before it stops.

The spray nozel is the cheapest garbage I have ever seen. All three units were leaking everywhere. I sent video to prove it. The hose is the lowest quality of hoze made. Very disappointed in this purchase. No wonder it's cheap.

I received this with no shipping damage. However after opening and going through the entire process of mounting bracket and hanging reel, I couldn't attach connection hose to water faucet because the attachment coupling was "oval" in shape and not "round" like it should be. My choice was to repair at my own expense or go through the trouble of repacking everything and returning for replacement which is a lot of trouble. This could all be avoided by having good quality control!!!!

I purchased two of these hose reels, carefully selecting different sizes based on my needs: The 5/8-inch hose was meant for an area where I needed higher volume, The 1/2-inch hose was for another spot where volume wasn’t as critical. Sounds like a solid plan, right? Wrong. What I received is laughable. The so-called "5/8-inch" hose isn’t even a true 1/2 inch—its inner diameter is only .465 inches! That’s a huge restriction on water flow, completely defeating the purpose of choosing a larger size. And the "1/2-inch" hose? Even worse—it measures a pathetic .340 inches inside. That’s not a half-inch hose. That’s not even close! This is blatant false advertising and a complete failure in quality control. If you’re expecting proper hose sizing for actual water flow, you will be sorely disappointed. These hoses choke the water down to a trickle instead of delivering what was promised. This product is a scam and an absolute waste of money—I’ll be returning both immediately. Buyer beware!

Just missed the return window or else this would been returned. Does not retract like it did after a month of use. It stops about 15ft from reel. Not 5/8 like it’s advertised. Once it finishes failing it will be trashed and never buying another one again. I put a 5/8 hose next to it. They are selling a 1/2 as a 5/8 hose.

Don't buy does not work. Problem. NON RETRIEVE HOSE AT ALL. MECHANISM FAULTY. Trying to get refound but don't waste your time trying!! I'm trying to reach out to customer service but no luck so far.

Item is NOT as described, I ordered 1/2 and this hose is barely 6-7mm it's super tiny, cheap black hose, not like what was advertised. I am pretty unhappy about this purchase. I have ordered a few things from this company that I was pleased with, but this hose is pure garbage. Please refund my money so I can purchase something better. Thanks

My first use, I pulled the hose out to use had it lock in fine as it was rolling back in a rod feel out and the piece of the spool feel out. On the side of the reel a small white piece was sticking out to the side. I held the white piece up to get the hose to reel back in all the way. Please Let me know how to return and warranty. J

The customer service here is ridiculous. On May 27th I made a claim because the hand sprayer started spraying out the side of the handle after being used only 1 time!!! They responded that I would hear back within 48hrs for the resolution. Here it is April 3rd and still nothing. I have contacted them a couple times since and get the same response. “I should hear back from them within 48hrs with their results….. I am about to pack both up and send them back and get my money and by somewhere else. Such a simple thing to replace I don’t understand why it is taking them a week to figure out what to do….
