Johnny Mack Very well made

After setting up had very little pressure. Pulled hose all the way out. Had kink in hose. Straightened out, retracted, has worked perfect since.

toddv63 Heavey, solid consruction with good flow
84 ft-5/8 inch
These are great: strong rewind (be ready and watch your hands), good flow, and good reach. I have two Koi ponds, and these help with cleaning out and keeping the water level up. I have a well for water. Solid and well built.

rdozbiz Only one flaw after a year of heavy use. Good overall product.
84 ft-5/8 inch
I really like this hose reel after using it for a full year. I would have bet the weakness was going to be the spring return reel. It was not. The weakness resides in the plastic pin that attaches the hose reel to the wall bracket. It bent and yielded to thermal conditions and become very tough to remove the pin to take the hose reel indoors for the winter. Suggest galv steel or aluminum for this pin. Overall happy with performance of the hose reel though.
