How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Warmer was burnt a month after we purchase it.
Water is always there and just did not work out for us.
Still trying to negotiate for the warranty

Francis Works really well, beware it s big !
It works really well. Do not put too much water in it, you will not need as much as you think. It's better to start it off maybe an hour or more before you needed it, since it is big it takes a bit of time to warm the water. I have used it for a christmas party ( around 80 persons ) and it was so awesome to used, everyone was fed in 30 minutes !
The screws for the glass fell off thought, wish it was a regular nut so that I could really tight it.
This is the only real issue I had.
Definitely recommended.

Bon produit facile à utiliser. Nous en sommes satisfaits. Juste un peu le délai de livraison qui a été plus long que prévu.
A recommander ! Merci VEVOR
