Second time of use not working can't get it to start not sure what's going on trying to contact service not being able to upload the pictures

Bought this machine for my lawn care business. It was doing alright at first until it started to make noises and locked up. I would not recommend this machine for commercial use.

very heavy and hard to use with weight...even young men state how heavy it is cannot use for long period of time.

The hedge trimmer isn't very sharp and does not cut very well and weed eater headl iis very hard to load.

I purchased this in the fall of 2025. I’m just now attaching the hedge trimmer to the head. I used it 5 minutes and it started slipping and the blade would not function. I removed the cover and discovered chips of gears. Are there replacement parts or a replacement unit.

This product is not great quality. It is too be expected for the price, but mine came in partially broken. The 63cc is a beast, very heavy and big. Would be hard for large jobs and I’m not sure the size and power is worth it. My chainsaw attachment lasted all of 2 seconds, chain snapped as soon and I cranked it up. Weedeater has the spin top for string which is convenient but the unit is loud for no reason. If you have neighbors, they will not be happy with you. I guess you get what you pay for.
