Update: After less than a year, the temperature and humidity sensor has broken. I reached out to the company and they said they would send a replacement.. I gave my address, it’s been months and no replacement. For a little over a year, we used a remote device to tell us the temperature and humidity just outside our house. It is located on our front porch and would tell me what the temperature was in the shade. After differences in the forecast vs what I was getting on my receiver, I needed a better local weather station. This weather station is awesome. It tells you the temperature and humidity, as well as the UV, wind speed and direction, and the amount of rain received at my home. It works well, matching the forecast better. It is small, was really easy to install, and the display shows a lot more information then my previous one. One thing I had trouble with was connecting to the satellite.. that took a couple days but did end up connecting automatically. If trying to connect manually, the display will go dark as it tries to connect. Once it connects, the screen will light up again.
