Yes we had an issue with our weather station, which was 100% sorted with no issues at all, the customer service in my opinion was above & beyond. Any questions / issues I had was dealt with ease answered & explained even if they were a bit out of the ordinary (not knowing alot about weather stations) I highly reccomend these guys, will be purchasing from them again :)

I see in some of the reviews people have had problems with this weather station, but personally my experience has been amazing. I have been using it for over six months now and haven't had a single issue with connection or functions. It is built well surviving everything thrown at it and it is completely accurate with an atomic clock. I could not be happier, and I would order this again with no hesitation at all.

Easy install, not cescreen

After minimal assembly, mounted outdoors. I love this device, so many features. Worth twice the price compared to other brands with less features. Needs to be mounted up high to get accurate wind speed measurements .zoid.

This weather station is awesome knowing what kind of the day you're going to have is a weight off my shoulders the color display is wonderful and so easy to read thank you

It's easy to set up. It works on the atomic signal not wifi. I have wifi but that signal isn't strong outside. I mounted it on a 12 foot pole and it works great.

seems to work well, cant tell on wind because cant get it up high enough

Easy step by step installation and setup just as it's described. Illuminated accurate readings displayed on screen. All features are definitely worth making this purchase. -Per my Dad
