J'ai reçu un appareil en parfait état, déjà programmé en usine pour un cycle de 3 h 30 à la bonne température. L'appareil fonctionne très bien dès le premier cycle.
Petit bémol : le couvercle était entièrement enfoncé dans la cuve en verre. Pour le sortir, j'ai dû lancer un cycle complet. Quand l'eau est devenue tiède en refroidissant, j'ai pris le couvercle à deux mains pour le plier légèrement afin de le retirer de la cuve en verre et de le replacer correctement sur le dessus.
Malgré ce léger contretemps à la réception, je suis globalement très satisfait(e) de mon achat, car l'appareil remplit parfaitement son rôle.

Pudloo A great little work horse!
I have used this unit almost daily for the past two years. It works beautifully. I have very hard water, so need to clean it with citric acid about every 3 weeks -- which is easy to do. I am very pleased with the unit and appreciate having distilled water for making coffee, cooking and drinking.

Arrived well packeged. Easy Instructions to assemble and operate. Makes distilled water exactly as it said, 1lt per hour. Excellent for my CPAP. NO more trips to purchase bottles. Looks good on benchtop also. Could not be happier. Highly recommend for CPAP users.

Intelligent Control Panel
The easy-to-monitor panel integrates a dual-temp display, showing both setting and actual temperatures. The intelligent control system allows for auto turn-off when the temperature is over 108℃ (226.4℉).
4 L Water Container
The glass container features a large volume of 4 L (1.1 Gal) and an ergonomic handle. The silicone bottom can act as a buffer to prevent the glass from breaking.
Aluminum Dissipation Fan
The 4-blade fan on the top cover adopts aluminum as its material instead of fragile plastic. Thus, excellent heat dissipation and long service time can be ensured.
SUS 304 Inner Barrel
The barrel is designed with a large opening, around 185 mm (7.3") in diameter, bringing many conveniences for cleaning. The entire boiling chamber, including the dome, adopts 100% food-grade 304 stainless steel.
Carbon Filters & Fruit Cleaner
Three packs of carbon bring additional filtration of distilled water. A bottle of fruit cleaning powder is also available to dissolve the limescale attached to the inner tank.
