J'ai reçu un appareil en parfait état, déjà programmé en usine pour un cycle de 3 h 30 à la bonne température. L'appareil fonctionne très bien dès le premier cycle. Petit bémol : le couvercle était entièrement enfoncé dans la cuve en verre. Pour le sortir, j'ai dû lancer un cycle complet. Quand l'eau est devenue tiède en refroidissant, j'ai pris le couvercle à deux mains pour le plier légèrement afin de le retirer de la cuve en verre et de le replacer correctement sur le dessus. Malgré ce léger contretemps à la réception, je suis globalement très satisfait(e) de mon achat, car l'appareil remplit parfaitement son rôle.

I have used this unit almost daily for the past two years. It works beautifully. I have very hard water, so need to clean it with citric acid about every 3 weeks -- which is easy to do. I am very pleased with the unit and appreciate having distilled water for making coffee, cooking and drinking.

Have had the unit for three weeks now, successfully distilling 19 litres of water for use in ny CPAP machine. No issues with set up or use and easy instructions to follow

Arrived well packeged. Easy Instructions to assemble and operate. Makes distilled water exactly as it said, 1lt per hour. Excellent for my CPAP. NO more trips to purchase bottles. Looks good on benchtop also. Could not be happier. Highly recommend for CPAP users.

I bought this distiller to use with my coffee machine, I wanted to prevent calcium build up in my nice machine so I've been using distilled water along with third wave water additive and it's been amazing! No more loose bottles of distilled water kicking around :)

Solid 4+ stars, assuming it lasts. Time will tell, but it seems well-built. I bought this for our humidifiers and espresso machine, and now I use it for drinking water too (after seeing what was left in the pot). We don't have whole-house water filtering, and both tap water and filtered Samsung refrigerator water leave a lot of cloudy white residue in the pot after each run. I expected city tap to leave residue, but I was surprised and disappointed in how cloudy the leftover "filtered" water from the fridge was. We'll see how long these units last, but so far so good. I'm running my 2 units every day, and each one distills 1 gallon in 3.5 hours. I clean the pot with vinegar from a spray bottle to remove the deposits. This would be a 5-star product if the plugs went into a base that you lifted the pot from. To clean it (and possibly to refill it, depending on your setup), you need to unplug both the heater plug and the fan plug from the pot, which I think is inconvenient if you're doing it a lot. Other improvements to make this a 5-star product: - Include a simple 18x9 inch mat or tray to allow the pot and the pitcher/container to be moved together. Not a big deal, but Vevor could have included a thin, inexpensive plastic/Teflon/polypropylene mat (like you put on wire shelving) to allow the unit and the pitcher to be easily moved together. I cut my own mat, and I'm keeping it because I like it a lot. Should have been included in my opinion. - Include a 90 degree C14-to-C13 plug adapter for the heater plug. The cooling fan plug for the top of the unit already has a 90 degree plug, but the heater plug does not. If you're unplugging your unit a lot, you probably will want to get one of these. - This unit has its own power switch, but I also added a 1875 watt outlet switch so I can easily turn off the power to the cord. Maybe that's a little too much "goggles and rubber boots to change a light bulb" but I figured I don't want a live wire falling onto the counter when I unplug the unit to dump the leftover electrolyte-filled water, so I just flick the switch on the outlet before I unplug the unit's two cords to empty/clean/refill. Overall, this unit is great deal. Definitely beats lugging around water from the store at 8+ pounds per gallon, and when you see what is in your water, you may be very glad to have this. I am. My coffee tastes better, and I'm hoping the espresso machine boiler will last longer too. I also notice our sodastream seltzer water tastes better too. Assuming this lasts, this is a very strong 4+ star product, easily made a 5-star product with a few inexpensive additions (18x9 inch mat, 90 degree plug, and 1875W (15 amp) outlet switch), which you can easily do on your own for under $20.
