I like the looks and it works well. The cement anchors were not good so I had to purchase better ones.

The anchoring bolts didn’t work for me but I used drilled and used tapcon anchor bolts and they worked fine. My client was extremely happy.

This is an excellent product. It is well-made out of iron and powder coated. It has everything in the kit to install the rail, except for a drill. It is stand alone and very sturdy and easily handles someone with a disability, which is why I bought it. I wish I had put one in long ago, it's good for everybody walking down the stairs.

I bought this for my wife who is sometimes unsteady on her feet going up the steps to our porch. It is sturdy, attractive, and easy to install. Thanks for a great product at a good price.

We needed to add a banister to the two steps down from our house to the patio. This was just what we needed: sturdy and easy to install, although I did have to buy two more drill bits before I could finish drilling the anchor holes. Maybe the bricks in our steps and patio are harder than expected? Regardless, installation took me three hours. Someone with the right tools would have been faster.

Ordering and delivery was prompt and efficient and the product itself is excellent. The tradesmen doing the installation found that the fasteners supplied need to be replaced. Part of the difficulty was that bluestone steps were involved and that material is extremely difficult to drill. Otherwise they look good thank you.
