Amazing product! So easy to install.

Very easy to install and all the hardware was provided for wood or concrete installation.

I had it installed, but the handyman was able to do it quickly and it really looks great. It gives the back stairs an elegant look.

This item is really well designed. It is not a cheaply designed and constructed item as has been reviewed. Imagine my amazement when I opened the parts bag and found not only the bolts (both for wood and masonry) but also a hammer drill bit. Fortunately I do have a hammer drill ... and if the bit would have worked in my hammer drill (dewalt) then I wouldn't have needed another hammer drill bit (which I had).The product could have one improvement. Please make the rail mounting points adjustable so they could be moved up and down on the rail. By making the mounting points movable the posts could be more ideally located on the floor.

Very easy and sturdy installation. 94 year old mother in law can safely asced/descend stairs.

They do the job but they did not come with the drill bit. East for me to install otherwise

Easy to install, very sturdy & fits great! Much easier than buying lumber and building one from scratch. Exactly what we needed.
