Customer Reviews for VEVOR Wall Mounted Garden Hose Reel, Holds 38m 5/8-inch Hose, Heavy-Duty Water Hose Winder, Space-Saving Design, Outdoor Manual Reel with Brass Fitting and Storage Basket for Yard Lawn

After my 10 year old hose reel rusted and split apart and was not repairable, I thought I would try out this Vevor Hose Reel. The unit seems fairly well made as the welds look decent. Will see how it stands up to a Manitoba winter. The reel takes all of my 100 foot 5/8 rubber hose easily. If only this reel could last as long as this hose has ( 45 years ) .The only issue is because my hose is so flexible, it does kink at the point where is attaches to the supply line. A washing machine elbow solved the problem. This handle on this reel can be reversed even though the instructions only show the handle on the right side and make no mention of the fact it can be changed.

Great reel. Love mine .

We have been through three hose reels over the years on our farm and this is by far the best.

UPDATE: I liked this so much, I just purchased a second one. .Wow! One of the best well made hose reels I have ever purchased. It’s compact yet holds a 100’ hose easily. Was easy to assemble and install. Only one problem that could easily be fixed in manufacturing. Hose connection could be made differently. As you can see in the picture. A 90 degree bend in then 90 degree up with an another 90 to connect hose. This could be attached to one of the 3 ribs to secure it from moving.

Good durable product

This really is a quality product! All metal construction. Very sturdy. My old one broke where the hose hooks up to the wheel which was plastic. This one has all metal connections. The price is great especially when compared to the competition. Assembly was a little tricky but not bad at all. You can tell this company cares about it's workers and it's customers by the way this product was packaged. It sounds like a minor detail and one I usually don't pay much attention too but it was professionally done. I hooked it up today and was very pleased using it. Highly recommended!

Looks great

This wall-mounted garden hose reel is great upgrade compared to the plastic ones I’ve used in the past. The powder-coated steel construction feels extremely solid and durable. It’s clearly built for long-term outdoor use, and the anti-corrosion finish gives me confidence it will hold up against rain, sun, and even freezing temperatures. I installed it about 18 inches off the ground as recommended, and it keeps my hose neatly organized and off the patio floor. It easily holds my long hose with room to spare, and the 5-foot reinforced leader hose with brass connector is a great addition. The brass fittings feel high quality and provide a tight, leak-free connection. The mounting hardware is sturdy, and once secured into concrete, it feels rock solid. Overall, this is a professional-grade hose storage solution that saves space and looks clean on the wall. If you’re tired of flimsy plastic hose holders that crack or tip over, this is a durable and reliable choice.

It's a good reel
