Buon prodotto
Il prodotto di per sé è di buona qualità, fa il suo dovere alla perfezione, peccato per la valigetta che mi è arrivata con entrambi i ganci di blocco rotti

Would not work on my ‘62 Pontiac
Well built but would not work on my 1962 Pontiac because there was only one extension (for conical coil springs) so it would not allow spring to be centered in the lower control arm. Contacted Vevor but they would not send another extension.

Doesn't fit all strut assemblies
This strut spring compressor was easy to assemble, was highly durable, and provides a lot of flexibility into the different size of struts. Unfortunately, it didn't fit the front struts of my Honda CRV, and i ended up with using the less safe spring compressors. I really would have like for this ro work with my vehicle and wish that Vevor would make a generic list of which struts work and don't work with this tool. A vice attached to a strong surface is necessary due to the weight and size of this tool. I would have likely rated this tool better if it would have fit my vehicle's front struts. I suggest researching this more to see if it fits your vehicle's strut. Otherwise, this appears to be a safer way to compress the springs compared to other tools for DIY.

Stressful to use, although the quality compares to very good brands
At the outset, the quality seems very good and it comes in a very nice plastic box. Of course, I always strongly recommend to thoroughly grease the threads before usign the tool. Working on coilsprings is never pleasant, and always stressful, no matter what tool you use. However, this specific design, also used by computers, must be used with particular caution ⚠️, as the forces generated by a compressed coilspring are significant, a d, if you mess-up, that could easily be your very last mistake ever ! When feasible, I strongly recommend the use of a good coilsprings compressing machine,, and ONLY use that type of tool when for applications where you need to compress the coilsprings while still installed on the car. And, even then, with my signififant experience, I scared myself quite a bit when the loops of the coilsprings slipped out.of the tool ! Fortunately, whe that happened, the coil was still on the car, but the tool got ejected a a faitr speed, I was always cautious a d focused, when using it, but less experienced mechanics can be hurt, at any second, if distracted. Please use with caution, ALWAYS !!!

Macht was es soll aber Vorsicht
Macht was es soll aber Vorsicht. Bei mir fing das Werkzeug an sich zu verformen bei hochen Druck einer Feder. Dies sollte natürlich nicht passieren da es sehr gefährlich ist.

Jeep builder
The tool feel apart the first time I used it. The inside c-clip came out. I was able to reassemble but I also noticed that the bearings had no grease.
