This unit arrived with very low water pressure so I reached out to vevor for help with possible replacement or return for different unit. We only had it for 1 day prior to me contacting them. They would not return item so beware of there unfair return practices . I had planned on buying a lot of other things for my business but I won’t be using VEVOR because they don’t totally stand behind there items even if it’s first time use . Warning!!! Beware of Vevor unfair return and refund policies before purchasing anything. Because you will be stuck with it…

This company does not honor its warranty or product. All 1000000% garbage from China. Deal with them and suffer the consequences of being screwed over. Run, don't walk away from this pile of garbage company.

This unit has never retracted properly from the day I installed it. I contacted customer service about this and never received a reply. So it would seem this company is the one that once they get your money they don't know who you are.

Really low water pressure due to 1/2 hose. Wouldnt have bought it if i woula of known.

This Hose Reel Water Hose I don't like at all..you can Squeeze the hose with the fingers...and front part already Came off... And I cannot prove with pictures because they say it's too long any picture I tried to take or reload or add is impossible corruption

I used it once, when i pull the hose to about 50% I heard the noise like spring released and hose does not retrack back in the hosing . Unable to attach the picture because the picture is .jpg and the size is 9.26mb
