Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel, 84 ft x 5/8 inch, 180° Swivel Bracket Wall-Mounted, Garden Water Hose Reel with 9-Pattern Nozzle, Automatic Rewind, Lock at Any Length, and Slow Return System

Was sent and old white hose one, not the mew ones. Hooked it up and it is leaking inside, took video of it leaking on the 11 , all I get is we have created a ticket if you don't respond in 24hrs we will cancel the ticket. I have emailed back 5 times and that's what you get a robo text back its now the 23 and I am writing this review. go to a box store and at least you will have 30 days to replace, might be 10.00 more but, worth it in the long run.

Extremely cheap quality but broke in a week. I would not recommend. Walmart offers better quality than this.

Lasted less than a month before the reel quit working. Trying to get a replacement or a refund is a joke. This is the second item that has quit working with minimum use. Cheap for a reason!

We live on a farm with a well. This was going to solve alot of issues with getting water back to the garden area however we do not have enough water pressure to fully make it through the hose.

I didn't receive my order

Dose not retract the hose after one month of use, it looked very promising but unfortunately it’s another Chinese imitation

Better make sure you buy the extended warranty. Mine already broke what we back in. Also reduces water pressure with a half inch reel would not recommend.
