Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel, 84 ft x 5/8 inch, 180° Swivel Bracket Wall-Mounted, Garden Water Hose Reel with 9-Pattern Nozzle, Automatic Rewind, Lock at Any Length, and Slow Return System

The hose reel works well. Retracts very well. However it was listed as a 5/8 diameter hose. It’s only 1/2”. Doesn’t give enough flow for what I use it for.

Used it for the 5th time and the hose guide has stopped working. It will not roll up the entire hose with this piece on working.

I recently installed this hose reel and was initially very pleased with my purchase. I screwed the supplied nozzle onto my hose and was a bit underwhelmed by its performance so I decided to replace the nozzle with one of my own. I didn't get very far because the nozzle will not come off the hose because the cheap two piece fitting simply spins when I try to unscrew it. So now I have two choices, I can simply live with the nozzle that is apparently permanently attached, or I can cut the end of the hose off and replace the end fitting with a better one. So that's a little disappointing.

The reel works well only issue it started dripping from inside the reel after a few weeks of use.

It lasted 2 years then the rewind broke. I have 2 others that I purchased in the last year. Work ok. I had Stanley brand on my last house and they were 10 times better.

Very easy to assemble. Cheap nozzle, could be better quality

First time i pulled it out to 75' belt came off...still won't retract all the way...hose has to roll up perfect or it hits the top case. Too be determined...

Love the concept however the hose don't always reel in all the way

Bracket that comes with reel is permanently attached which makes installation pretty awkward. Other units have detachable bracket to make installation so easy. And the unit can be removed for storage and use somewhere else.
