Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel, 84 ft x 5/8 inch, 180° Swivel Bracket Wall-Mounted, Garden Water Hose Reel with 9-Pattern Nozzle, Automatic Rewind, Lock at Any Length, and Slow Return System

Solid product. No issue reaching any place in my yard. My only criticism is the spray nozzle rather cheap.. My old one is much better

My Vevor retractable water hose has been a game changer very easy to use very easy to retract back to position. The only thing is the plastic mountain bracket wish there would have been metal.

Sprayer is leaking. Contacted customer service. Will update

This was my second hose reel purchase and both have worked great. I will be buying another one for the side of my home.

Hose kinks easily. Concept is great. Love that it swivels. Just do not like a hose that kinks

Fits my needs

This is a good hose reel for the value. It’s sturdy and has good water flow. The size is average compared to other brands. The plastic material seems a little less quality than others, but you’re saving half the price. The retracting ability is a bit or miss. That’s the biggest downfall for me.

Replaced my manual wind hose reel with this 65ft retractable, works great, easy to install. Only issue was with the nozzle leaking, I added some teflon tape to the threads of the hose, no more leaks!

Better than having to wind a hose manually. The winding spring is not that strong in this model. The pin that holds the reel on the bracket is plastic so it gets warped and bent which makes it hard to pull out of the bracket if you want to remove the reel. I probably would not buy this again.

Best hose reel. No more picking up the hose when its time to cut the lawn, perfect for getting all the way in my garden. I purchased this one and the 100 foot version. Only thing I can complain about, is the hose ends are definitely Chinesium, they will be the first things to let go. The actual hose and reel assembly are decent construction.
