Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel, 84 ft x 5/8 inch, 180° Swivel Bracket Wall-Mounted, Garden Water Hose Reel with 9-Pattern Nozzle, Automatic Rewind, Lock at Any Length, and Slow Return System

The quality of the hose itself is unquestionable. The hose reel body is excellent. I have it bolted to a 4x4 gate post and it works great with how easily it is to adjust the angle and where I want to pull the hose to. The issues I’m having are 1) the quality of the gun that came with the hose. It is plastic and the handle you pull on top of the gun broke in 2 days. I wish it was made w better material. 2) it is very hard to pull the hose out and then try to drag it - the lfuether you go the harder it gets. For those with handicapped or elderly - might want to take that into consideration. It already caused me to fall. If you are younger and healthy and not frail like I am, it is excellent. Overall it’s still a very good buy

Took awhile to receive but other than that so far works great! Easy to mount retracts well no problems.

Easy to assemble and install but the hose distribution when retracting leaves something to be desired. The hose tends to stay on one side of the reel and binds up the return spring. I need to be careful when retracting the hose to allow it to go back on the reel smoothly and evenly.

Very nice hose reel . Hose and garden nozzle are a little cheap. Works as expected. .

Installed this last week. I want to love it, but you have to be fairly strong to pull the hose out and it's a hard vinyl type hose that does not flex very well. But it does feel very sturdy and was easy to install.

Good product. Love not having to wind up my hose anymore

Pretty good could be not quite as flemsy but overhaul pretty good for the price You always get what you pay for

Good value, Good product. Makes dragging the hose around much easier

Was looking for an option to get water to my greenhouse which is about 90 feet from an outdoor faucet. So far I really like the hose and the reel, although I did notice that it gets a little difficult to pull from the reel when you get close to the end of the hose. I suppose it is from the spring getting wound up tight and it's not a big deal. Today I used it for the second time and the sprayer that came with it started leaking where the metal ring attaches to the plastic. I have always pulled the hose out by gripping the hose, not the sprayer and it has not been left out in freezing temps. I hope the hose and reel hold up better than the sprayer.

Easy to set up and use right out of the box. The portion of the hose that’s connected inside the housing unit to the reel remains compressed pretty thin when not pulled all the way out and reduces flow more than expected. The nozzle that came with the unit began leaking on the first use and now leak significantly around the lower handle. The leak is not where the rubber seal helps secure the threaded connection, but in the actual handle itself, suggesting it was fractured or cracked. Overall it seems like a good product.
