Customer Reviews for VEVOR Portable Band Saw,with Removable Alloy Steel Base,127mm Cutting Capacity Hand held Band Saw,Variable Speed Portable Bandsaw, 10Amp Motor Deep Cut Band saw for Metal Wood

I saw a review jy John Gadogan from Auto Expert whom I conside a fair dinkum and direct sort of a guy. John convinced me to give the Vevor unit a try si I did. A great little saw that very reasonably priced and does a fine job cutting tube and box section and flat bar up to 1/2" 12.5 mm thick x 3" 75 mm wide. with ease. cold cut not sparks or sharp burs and does it quietly. I had first thought to get a metal cutting blade for my Mitre saw, or one of those Evolution carbide saws but that were 3 times the cost and a Metal cutting saw blade was around $100 for my Mitre saw and that would have made heaps of little metall chips and lots of noise. this band saw is very quiet and leave only the fines from the .75 mm thick blade as it cuts . the saw on the stand has the ability to cut miters and once set is great for repeat mutli cuts with a very good level of control and accuracy. Highly recommend this.

For the home shed it’s great Don’t use that often but when I need it I’m glad I’ve got it Works without fuss Accurate and reliable

Bought the Vevor mainly because it has the base with vise so can use it like a cut-off saw, unlike the major brands of portable band saws. As a bonus, it is about the cheapest on the market, but it is not battery powered. I have installed a drill press vice to make it more adaptable for my needs, but can easily revert to the standard vice, which is good for general cut-off work. This band saw has exceeded my expectations and is great value for money.

I like it, could be a little more rigid but it is an awesome little saw.

Tutto ok

Had to modify slightly so it would cut 2x2 hhs at a 45.

La machine donne satisfaction. Une remarque IMPORTANTE : j'ai posé la question d'où trouver des lames de scie de rechange mais je n'ai jamais reçu le retour d'information souhaité.

This saw and table are great as it feels like very good quality but you will need to square the blade up with a square as it’s very difficult to use the angles in the table as 0 degrees for a straight cut is not straight. It’s easy to remove the saw from the table and use it free hand as its cuts perfectly fine then. Overall super happy and having a spare blade is an awesome bonus.
