It’s a nice set, but the deep 4mm and 4.5mm sockets were missing. The quality is exactly what I was expecting, but I was also expecting a complete set.

NICE SET THAT COVER MOST OF MY NEEDS, THAT INCLUDE THE RATCHET, AND EXTENDERS. MY ISSUE WITH THE POOR FINISH OF THE SOCKETS, AND THAT THE SMALL SIZE SOCKETS, ARE TOO THICK. THOSE ARE FINE FOR THE PRICE PAID, BUT WHEN YOU BUY MAIL ORDER, YOU CAN INSPECT THE QUALITY ONLY WHEN THE ITEM ARRIVES

Case is damaged it will not close the products inside. Looks awesome. I’ve sent an email earlier but got no response. Looks like it got crushed or dropped from very high up.

They are great wrenches but I ordered metric and got standard then the run around. But they are good so ill just keep them

Awesome set!! Use it all the time, but I had to replace the ratchet ( w/a craftsman), because the screws fell out of the original ratchet. INSPECT REPEATEDLY!!!

I contacted you a month and a 1/2 ago on the day that I got my I ordered one set of wrenches and you sent t2. and charged me for 2. I wanted to send the one back. It's still in the original packaging, but I never heard anything back.Your customer service needs some help.

Sockets look ok but are only Lazer etched and not stamped for size. Disappointed as I feel the Lazer etched numbers will wear off In time and not be able to tell the size. Case is weak and had damage on arrival.

The sockets seem well made and durable, however, the case they arrived in was extremely cheap and both clasps were broken when delivered. I don't think the could have been broken by the carrier as the packaging was very well prepared.

Product look fine would like seen better case. Case does not hold socket very well. Sockets seem fine just not oil very well
