Geegee Very Disappointed in Vevor re: this Hot Tub Lifter

The key problems with this lifter are customer service related. First the instructions are awful. Not enough detail and you can spend literally hours figuring out what to do. The English itself used in the instructions was unreadable. Tried contacting Vevor customer service for help but they gave no guidance other than to send me a PDF of the instruction manual I already had. Did my best to install it (the braces that you first attach to the tub for the lifter are key - if you don't get that right you are in trouble) and it turned out just OK, not great. I would not recommend this lifter because of the lack of instructions and customer service support by Vevor.

Il est malheureusement beaucoup moins solide que nous pensions. La peinture commence déjà à lever dessus et je ne trouve pas que le système de tube aide pour l'ouverture. Je ne recommande pas.

DC Cricial piece came broken
Underneath on One Side
The arm of the gas rod piece is stuck inside the cylinder, meaning the cover lift is stuck in the "down" position. This makes the product useless. I emailed support a week ago and I have since received one non-automated response which was completely unhelpful, along with 5 automated messages telling me how important my issues is. The product seems like it would be great if I could get it working with a replacement gas rod, but I have little faith in their customer service solving my issue promptly (or possible at all!).
