The VEVOR Hot Tub Cover Lift work well. It is very easy to setup and it makes it easy to store the cover while you use the hot tub.

Easy to install but the instructions were like trying to put together something from ikea.

Much better than my last hot tub cover lift
On Both Sides of Bathtub
The lift arrived with all parts and pieces intact and well packaged. The two major bolts had to be installed from the outside in, instead of the inside out of the side bracket ends, contrary to the installation instructions, because the bolt interfered with the corner of the hot tub in an attempt to install it. Quite frankly, it is a better look with that bolt cover cap on the outside of the bracket, so I suggest making a change to the installation instructions. I am quite impressed with the hydraulic portion of the lift, although to install both of those, you have to raise the cover to about a 45 degree angle to be able to bolt them into each arm bracket. Nothing stated about that in the installation instructions. I have a large hot tub (8' square), and for some reason, one of the elbow arms that goes into the main lift arm was not long enough, so only 2 of the 3 tap screws were going to go through both of those pipes. Therefore, I drilled a third hole closer to where the two pipes join to make sure it was properly secured with 3 tap screws. And that was the same side I attached the towel holder, so it now has an extra tap screw securing both pipes together. But beware not to install that towel holder too close to the 3 tap screws that will be 90 degrees to the side of it as the towel holder will interfere with the tap screw plastic cap cover. The lift mechanism that locks the lift is a bit cumbersome to operate the lift up and down, as you have to continuously hold it down to release it. Although that lift lock is much better than installing a pin to lock the lift in-place, like my old lift. Overall, I would have given this lift 5 stars if it were not for what I am stating herein. And with a brand new cover, we'll see how it holds up later when the cover starts taking on moisture and becomes heavier.

Don’t tighten the bracket bolts too hard
On Both Sides of Bathtub
The positive is that the hydraulic lift makes opening and closing really easy, once you figure out you need to push on the little lever.
The negative was it didn’t really show the best place to install it on the tub (how far from the top rim). I had it almost all assembled when I realized it was too close to the bottom of the tub lip to install the last two pieces on each side.
What was worse though was that half of the threaded inserts broke away from the bracket. I needed to remove them from the tub, and insert them through the back side of the holes to allow for me to bolt the outer brackets on. Which meant removing the initial bracket from the tub, again.
Overall, despite the issues, it think it seems pretty solid, and will be much better than the manual lifter I had before.

Inner sleeve anchor bolts are weak
On Both Sides of Bathtub
Went on well but bolt anchors for outer sleeve are weak and 2 let go so I needed to use longer bolts to go right in tub structure to make sure its solid. Would need better design.

Disappointing

Photo appeared ideal but arms are far too wide for our spa top which appeared identical to one shown

Not as described
On Both Sides of Bathtub
My hot tub is 94x94 inch master spa. This lists being able to fit over 96 inch hot tub cover but does not have poles long enough to even fit a 94 inch cover.
Images on listing are also different than what you receive in box.
Finally, I’ve tried contacting customer services 4 times via email and chat as those are the only available options. Only return has been that someone will reach out in 48 hour but I haven’t received contact in 11 days despite follow ups

Élévateur Vevor couverture spa

Assez simple a installer et apparemment matériel correct. A voir à l’usage… Par contre, selon les informations disponibles du fournisseur, il faut minimum 500 mm à l’arrière du pied central. Faux!!! Il faut prévoir au moins 700 mm.
