Mr.
Great quality and surprising light weight. Held temps the entire time in use, worked perfectly. It kept my brisket, pork belly burnt ends and pork tenderloin all at perfect temps overnight until supper time.

Love the product but their shipping model sucks. Order way in advance of when you need it- the shipping when you buy is not accurate and they will be no help to you

I bought this to keep my bbq meats warm and to rest my smoked meats for a longer period of time. I got to use it last weekend when I smoke 6 tri-tips, 15 chicken leg quarters, smoked mac-n-cheese, rice & beans for my grandson's 16th birthday. The cabinet worked great. The tri-tips rested for 3hrs until it was time to slice, and everything else was kept nice and warm. The only thing is trying to get it at the right temp of 145° you need to keep messing with the knob until you find the right spot. If I was to buy again I would definitely spend the extra money on getting the digital controlled unit instead. That way you just set the temp you want and that's it.

So far, not impressed
Purchased to hold briskets after smoking. Before I put any food in, I ran the warmer for a couple hours with an external temperature monitoring system to check the fluctuating in internal temps. I first set the unit to 145 degrees Fahrenheit. My temperature prove was reading 165 to 170 degrees. If I wanted those temperatures I would hold in my oven. I played around with the units temperature settings and I finally settled at 120 degrees to get temperature down to 145 degrees Fahrenheit. I was still getting fluctuating temperature up to 155 and 165 degrees. I am not happy with these drastic temperature fluctuations. I've read reviews from YouTube videos were people were complaining about the protective film on their warmers. Mine did not have any protective film on it, but I can see around the rivets that still had small pieces of the protective film. So either this is a used unit or they removed it after assembly. I have a request submitted to see if these units are supposed to have the protective film or not. Right now, I would suggest not purchasing this unit until I get some answers to my questions that I've submitted.

BBQ Game Changer
Provided that you purchase one of the models with a digital PID controller and not one with a vague "low/med/high" temperature knob, then this device is a game changer for cooking BBQ. Setup was very simple and I found that it maintains temperature within a very tight band of the set value. I cooked two briskets to completion, allowed them to rest until the internal temperature had dropped to about 160F, then placed them in the warming oven set to 150. After about 190 minutes one brisket stabilized at about 154 and the other at 158, so I reduced the set temp to 146. Evenutally both briskets stabilized at about 151F. I believe the PID can be calibrated, so I intend to do just that to dial the device in better but even as it is, it worked very well. The foil boat method briskets were held for 18 hours at roughly 150F and ended up being the best I've ever served, thanks largely to being able to hold them like the new school restaurants do.

Effective warmer despite some defects
I had to mark down the quality due to a couple of missing screws for the door handles. Found them at my local hardware store for $0.50 but the hassle was annoying. I also had to reprogram the warmer control panel once after powering the warmer down the 1st time. The instructions were helpful in the manual but again, a little annoying. The warmer performs perfectly once it got going. I held my product at 140° for 12 hours. I checked the actual temp with a thermometer and it was spot on. Decent product for the price, but the manufacturing quality on mine had a couple of unforced errors.

Fluctuation in Temperature
Bought on October 5th arrived on Oct 6th I bough this to use for dough proffing and the only complaint I have about it is that it does not keep a constant temperature. It goes up and down in temperature over a period of hours (68 to 96), which is annoying when having to constantly keep adjusting the temp every hour or so. The glass doors are nice to see the progress of the dough, Also the low med high dial is not calibrated properly it should be rotated 90 degrees to align with the mark on the knob. which was confusing when first setting it up to use.

Steady Temperature
I'm not happy with the temperature fluctuation, will not hold a steady temperature. I'm trying to get the oven to hold a steady 160 degrees, the temperature goes anywhere from 138 to 165 back and forth even when the temperature knob is set
