Worked like it should and the temperature was only off a couple of degrees which wasn't a problem with a 16hr brisket rest. Shipped fast and there was no damage of the box or the warmer. Only con for this was of course removal of the protective wrap but other than that it worked flawlessly and very easy to operate.

This holding cabinet is awesome for my truck. Low power usage which is good for a generator

This has a fan that circulates the heat for even heating to all 5 racks. It fits 5 full size trays. The wire pull out shelves are much nicer the the previous cabinet warmer. The temp goes all the way to 260 degrees and maintains consistent temp. I use it to keep Mac & cheese warm and also smoked meats. It has a small cup in the bottom for water to introduce moisture if needed. this is a perfect size for my food truck. I would recommend to anyone.. the cost was very affordable and easy to assemble... one thing that was a pain was to get the plastic that was shrink wrapped off the stainless steel

Great addition to my catering business

This warmer is used to hold BBQ meats and dishes to free up my kitchen oven. The shipping box was very adequate with no shipping damage encountered. Temperature settings were verified using another thermometer. I'm glad I purchased this warmer.

Love this, it works just like an oven but portable.. Great for outdoor events

One of the keys to great brisket and BBQ is a long slow rest and hold meat fro 8-24 hours at 140-150 F. The allows the meat to relaxe and become more tender. It just makes the food taste a lot better. I initially tried it in my oven. But making the house smell of smoked meat did not help my marriage one bit. Now I can do it in the garage or out in my outdoor cooking area. It is easy to move. It keeps temps very steady. If I’m doing a big party I don’t have to time things pre Isley. I do the brisket and pork buts the day before. Do the chicken and ribs in the morning. It’s all done at the same time, and I GOT TO SLEEP THE NIGHT BEFORE!!!!! It has taken my BBQ to the next level. Get some steel hotel pans from a cooking supply company. Put the meat in the pans. Then no drips and clean up is easy.
