The unit was easy to assembleand install. I had it together and hooked u witin 2 hours.

A LITTLE HEAVY, BUT I TRUST IT MORE THEN AN ALUMINUM ONE, WAS EASY TO ASSEMBLE, IM VERY HAPPY WITH IT.

I bought the mobility scooter carrier because it was too hard to put my Rascal scooter in the back of my F250. I was worried a bit about the size of the platform but the scooter fits perfectly. Assembly was straight forward and simple and only requires a couple of wrenches to complete. I could have done it faster but had to go dig through my tool bags to find the right wrench. Putting it in the hitch receiver might be a challenge for one person as it does have some weight and is a bit awkard for one person. This is a great unit for the money and even makes a pretty good seat behind the vehicle it on and with a cushion it would be pretty comfortable .

Wasn't to bad to put together. Working great.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It came 3/4 assembled took 2hr total, a little heavy for a handicap person to lift but once installed it not going anywhere. Had to remove my spare tire on my jeep wrangler jl.

We have been looking for a wheelchair carrier for ages, finally got one, and I think Will be perfect, my husband has a very bad back, so I am pretty sure I will be able To load the wheelchair without a problem

This is exactly what I needed. Not only does it have a ramp but it also folds up so I don’t have to remove before closing the garage door. No more lifting a lawn more into the bed of our side by side or dragging a rototiller down our rocky long driveway

Carrier was great. It would have been 5 stars if the instructions to put together were better. I'm not the builder so I had to refer to youtube for assistance. Other than that carrier worked as advertised and great value for the price.
