Purchased 1 month ago, started as instructed, after turning off, it wont start as instructed on book instructions. this also happen with the previous one i purchased from VEVOR . I WONT BE PURCHASING ANYMORE FROM VEVOR.

Product arrived in 2 days ( good delivery service) I have tryed several days to start it, with no sucess. Tryed to check the spark plug and it was okay. It's a brand new machine, and i am not dissasemble the machine for more mechanic problems. It is brand new out of the box, should be working. I have tryed to ask for a refund or swap to another one. Waiting for an aswer....hope it will be solved. João
