I think it's a great chainsaw. Generally speaking, it starts relatively easily. There are cons. 1. The chain loosens way too easy. Half way through a cut of a 12' long limb, the chain starts loosening. 2. The kill switch is in a very odd place. I tend to rest my trigger hand on my abdomen for a rest, but the position of that switch always allows for it to be hit and shut off.

First disappointed couldn't get started. Contacted customer service and they gave instructions for possible fix. This was a very simple fix. Something anyone could do if they needed to. After that it has started just as it should with no issue. Saw was used on tree which heavy wind had blown down with no issue. I would buy again and have plans for Christmas gifts for some family members due to the price.

Chain adjuster screw is too close to housing making it difficult to tighten chain. Saw starts easy and cuts nice.

After my order was confirmed.I received it 2 days later put it together easily.3 pulls on the starter rope and away it went. Cut enough fire wood for 3 days in no time. The weight of this little saw feels like it's well built.ive had a few saws this one is right up there with the well known brands 👍 Thankyou

be wary before purchasing this. I have sent numerous emails to the company stating that the blade does not lineup with the locating pin. I will post photos of this. I cannot get an answer. It’s been over two weeks. It’s the most atrocious customer service I’ve ever dealt with they have not given me any solution to the problem nor can there be it’s not possible for the locating pin to lineup. I have proof of this and no one‘s getting back to me yet they send me an email stating they’re going to close my ticket because I’ve not responded these people lie and deceive .

Good little saw for what it is and how much you pay. Only issue I had was the carburetor L speed screw needed significant adjustment, which required a special single spine screwdriver hence the 3/5 stars. Other than that the saw runs quite well.

Have not been able to start. Followed directions.
