Disappointing purchase. Bad design on the chain brake is a bad design. The chain tensioner screw was bent and not operational. Your system to communicate is cumbersome.

It’s a good little saw but it don’t rev out enough

très dur a partir et les pièces sont très ordinaires....l'ajustement de chaîne est a vérifier souvent et au premier coup de krink la poignée m'a rester dans les mains ! jai compris pourquoi il y en avait une de secours dans la boite ! C'est pas terrible en fait ....

Have not received the chainsaw still haven't received the chainsaw

This saw was purchased to help me clear trails and take care of blow downs.The saw doesn't meet my needs haven't even started it yet. I installed the bar and chain put the cover back on and the chain doesn't turn freely when you secure the two nuts. I'm very disappointed with this product all it is at this time is a saw that I can not use.

This is my third time filling up the gas tank and the plastic spiral that seals the cap on the actual machine has completely lost the seal. This plastic is as about as cheap as you can get. Lesson learned buying a cheap chainsaw.

Bonjour. Machine qui donne belle impression sur papier est sur le site mais malheureusement impossible à faire démarrer j'ai dû l'amener cher un professionnel pour la démarrer. Vérifier vaut produits avant l'envoie aux clients.
