Construction is ok but some parts do fall apart at first use. Awaiting customer support for feedback

Una schifezza! Uno dei ganci si è rotto al primo utilizzo. Finito di montare provo ad appendere la mia MTB 26 pollici in acciaio di 14kg di peso e si trancia di netto il gancio! Per fortuna avevo ancora una mano sul manubrio ed ho evitato che cadesse per terra la bici da due metri d'altezza! Ho perso qualche settimana di vita per lo spavento! Saldatura dei ganci senza alcuna penetrazione nel materiale. Un vero schifo! Questo articolo è progettato male. I ganci dovrebbero essere montati in verticale, puntando verso il basso, per lavorare a trazione su tutta la lunghezza della saldatura (sempre ammesso che sia effettuata correttamente). Non in orizzontale a sbalzo! Non parliamo poi delle istruzioni di montaggio... ...come non averle. Spazzatura!

Where do I start? Missing hardware, crooked welds, paint flaking off. Some of the nut don’t even have threads. Spent half an hour trying to screw nuts before I figured that out.

Fait pour les. VElo de route et encore car n’est pas adapté aux gros pneus qui ne tient pas du coup . Donc inutilisable

They work horribly. Not made for modern mtb.

Did not hold my bike not sturdy enough to trust

First of all, the package insert that covers with this stand labels the bike in the vertical position as "upright maintenance" despite pictures and descriptions that it's "stable and secure" and allowing you to "park in four different ways: front wheel or rear wheel in, and vertically or horizontally." Unfortunately, in the upright/ vertical position, it's very precarious. Once I finally rigged my bike to not immediately too over in the vertical position, within a few seconds the back of the stand lifted up and the bike weight pulled it over. I have a bianchi bike with upright/ relaxed handlebar configuration, and I'm only 5ft tall so I have a smaller frame. I got this to work with my child's bike when propped against the wall, but that's obviously not ideal for a standalone bike frame!

The worst product I’ve ever received from the internet. I tried to cancel order 10 minutes after placing it, and didn’t receive a response from company until the next day, informing me the package anlready shipped After that they replied within 10 minutes for responses. They informed me that I could not return the product, and instead suggested I decline the delivery from the delivery person. When the package arrived, it was battered, and the parts were blackened with dirt (apparently they permitted another person to return the product). There parts bag was a jumbled mix of pieces, so I counted them, and it turned out it was short esssentiall nuts for the stand. When I asked them if I could return it now, they instead turned me over to a clearly automated response which just sends me a generic update message every 5 days, and lacks any meaningful repatriations. Another review previously described having this issue. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
