Happy with the bike racks. So far they have done a good job of storing my road bikes. Other racks would allow for a lot of movement when putting the bikes in, but with this one the rack holds the bike firmly in place.

Items came early, but were missing 4 screws.

It's a good item, but it won't work if you have rear bike rack or a rear fender. My bike is a large mountain bike and it's a bit too big for the rack - the back tire is too big for the sliding wheel supports, that is, the base is not long enough to accommodate my 29 inch wheel. Works very well, but it's clearly too small for a full 29" wheel bike.

While assembling the bike stand, there were certain screws that simply did not fit. Although the stand functions as intended even without them. The stand also has a screw that touches the tire which you need to be careful about when storing a bike on the stand.

I was really excited to get this rack, something I can move in my garage and get the bikes up off the floor. When it arrived, the instructions are awful. My rack had plenty of scratches right out of the box and even rust on it. I was disappointed to say the least, after multiple emails with customer service they discounted the item for me but I’m still let down. Quality control is poor to say the least. As for function, it works ok, it gets the bikes off the ground. I’d recommend anchoring it to a wall as when you have a few bikes loaded it can be easy to tip. It’s never fallen on me but just as a bit of peace of mind I’d recommend anchoring it to something. One other thing is the metal just sits on the ground, there is no feet of any kind that you can level it with, which is disappointing and if you have a nice floor movement could easily damage the flooring. Overall, it’s OK but don’t expect anything close to perfection.

Absolute junk. Do not buy. Hand screws do not hold the top tire holder in place. Really dumb design.
