Customer Reviews for VEVOR Stainless Steel Dog Washing Station, 96.52 cm Pet Grooming Tub w/ Storage Stairs, Faucet & Showerhead & Soap Holder Dog Bathtub for Large & Medium & Small Pets (Left Door)

Good quality tub, great price.

Best money I've spent. Having a few dogs it saves my back compared to the bathtub. My only gripe would be the stairs not being the right angle for my dogs to climb. I use a ramp that I already had and it works great.

The product is good, the price is reasonable. Some problems with delivery, which the customer service solved very well.

Sharp spots on metal Cut myself. The sliding door latch does not work and metal on latch could definitely be better. in general its good for price. the step up stool for pets is a weird shape and it does not fit well in the tub. having an area for pets to fall off...

The Tub is very good along with the accessories. However, the plastic floor grate was shipped with identical base legs. The legs overlap in a x-pattern. I cannot use it till they ship me the right part. Will see how quickly they even understand my dilemma.

I'm a little disappointed in this dog bath, the sliding door is very small , so you are squeezing big dogs through. the drain platform is too high & small for any dog but a small one. overall this is really not meant for bigger dogs. we had to replace the hook up hoses as they immediately leaked. . would I purchase it again, no

I am really not impressed with the quality of this item. It came in a shipping box in ok condition so I didn’t expect the issues inside. The tray for the raised floor was missing, the tub itself has rust spots and dents all over. There is even an area of weird residue that won’t come off.Putting it together the instruction manual has the parts labeled differently from the hardware pack it came with. I have ordered other vectors tubs from third party distributors before and have been extremely happy with those. This tub is just poor quality and definitely not what was expected.

Came in a box dropped off at the end of the driveway or rather tossed off the truck. The cardboard box had gravel from my driveway stuck in it from the fall. The contents look like they had gone through a washing machine, all jumbled and the packing styrofoam ripped into confetti. The stainless is scratched. Filed a complaint and still have not heard back. Can't comment on the dog wash as I have not used it but their choice of shipping companies leaves much to be desired.
