How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Bought this hitch cargo carrier to transport our luggage to the airport. Worked perfectly and we are very pleased with our purchase. We would recommend it to anyone who has a number of passengers and not enough trunk space!

Tracy Awesome!
Recieved this cargo carrier set very quickly and the package was in perfect condition. The price point was fantastic, especially for all that you get with it. Put it together with ease and it's exactly what we were looking for! Extremely happy with our purchase!!

Jason Hurst Largest hitch basket i could find!
Seems to do what it is supposed to! Threw a small smoker, smudge pot, and fuel on it for a camping trip, stuff you just dont want in the back of your vehicle! All fit with room to spare.

I like the carrier I had problems with it when I first got it, but your company took care of the problem and sent me the parts I needed to fix it and I appreciate that. Thank you. Excellent service.
