Bonjour J'ai utilisé l'alambic hier pour faire un rinçage avec de l'eau de source. J'ai récupéré 5L d'eau distillée. Tout s'est bien passé. J'ai prévu de faire une distillation de fruits (reine-claude) prochainement. Je me permettrais de vous donner le résultat à ce moment là.

This is a pretty good starter unit, the only down side to this unit is the cooling pot with the worm, it’s to small. Even circulating the water it still gets to warm, I attached a 5 gallon bucket with a worm to the pot and it works great.

Perfect in size and does what it spoused as advertised. Over all quality is really good and yield is pretty high. Mostly use it for distilling wine leftovers and works really well.
