Arrived crushed

Pull string broke after starting 2 times very badly made, asked for support from vevor and was told expect a reply in 48 hours and 5 days later not a peep. It is cheap but not worth it if it only works twice

The weed eater started as advertised, but would not spin unless I used my hand to make it turn. I was very disappointed.

Tge trimmer broke during second use, unable to finish our yard, machine worked less than 4hrs Contacted customer support over a week ago and still don’t have a resolution. Would not recommend tool or company

price is good but since the price is very cheap thats why the quality sucks I have request two get a broken part twice because it keeps messing up

It did not come with an extension pole, without it you are not able to trim tall hedges nor reach very high to cut limbs with the pole saw. Came with a empty box inside of the outer box maybe they forgot to put a extension pole with the order or it didn’t come with one at any rate it’s useless for anything simi tall as it don’t have much reach without the extension pole.

For the quality of the product the price is high The hedge trimmer broke on the second job But I guess 2 jobs new set that's how it works Very disappointed

Very hard to start when it is warn. I give up. If I could return it I would. I miss my old Husqvarna.

Drive sprocket gears stripped out after first use and vevor manual says there's no spare parts. I bought this product for the pole saw mainly so I'm pretty disappointed !

Still have had no Delivery of the Product....... ** NO DELIVERY ** very poor service
