Box came damaged on 3 sides, unit seems to be made very very cheap. Hope it does what it says but I doubt it.

It's too heavy. I parked it in my shed. Not much use to me. My bad!

Worst weed whacker I’ve ever bought, I want to return it

Engine hard to start cold, but easy to start warm. The saw oil resivor leaks bad and saturated the case. Recommended to pour out the bar oil after each use. All of the attachments seem to be putting the engine and clutch in a bind. Even the string trimmer has a hard time rotating. No free spin when you let off the throttle. The 42 cc unit is very heavy. Glad they come with a shoulder harness. The unit hasn't stopped yet but I am waiting for the clutch to burn out. It gets very hot on that area. I greased all the shafts and polished them and that helped a little. Hope they all aren't like this!

This weedeater is the biggest/heaviest thing I have ever used. I don’t think it’s even safe for Paul Bunyan to use this thing with the sawblade attachment. I’m talking about just touching the throttle and it’ll eat through a 1 inch tree. This thing is basically a katana in weed eater form, created in a Japanese samurai factory. I used it for about 45 minutes and went through about a half a tank of gas and cut everything that was in its way. Terrifying, but maybe that’s a good thing. The weeds never stood a chance.

This machine gas some problems first the kill switch is backwards the hedger screws loosen when in use I'm not verry happy with it I'm going to keep it because the packaging stuff is gone

Recicieved my stuff today and it came in a damaged boxed opened it up and there were 3 things broken safty glasses, ear muffler ear protection, and face screen protector were broken hopefully everything else works everything looks cheap but hopfully it all works good. All the styrofoam in box looked crushed also Other then these broken items everything is here

Opened the box and it was damaged. Began trying to start return, refund, or replace and this is not convenient process.

Trying to get the missing parts. Came missing 4 very important pieces. I would not suggest to buy this or anything from VEVOR as they have not got back to me about this issue. I want VEVOR to send the missing parts or to take this back. Would help is someone would write or call me back on this issue.
