0 stars if I could give it. Although it’s got plenty of power & great potential, the lack of customer support over a malfunctioning pull start after 2 uses is simply unacceptable. I bought 4 different items & have been somewhat pleased until the trimmer incident. Get it together! From a very disgruntled former customer .

Kvaliteten ser ut til å være ganske dårlig. Hekksaksen gikk i stykker første dagen. Det lekker fra bensintank og fra sagkjede oljetank. Virker som det mangler gummipakning i lokket. Tanken er god, men kvaliteten står ikke i stil. Jeg har klaget på produktet til Vevor, men har ikke fått noe svar.

Save your money it's true what they say you get what you pay for. This thing is a POS didn't even make it through a whole summer. Went to weed eat my yard today and I squeezed the throttle and the head wouldn't spin. I took it apart to try and fix it and it looks like they sent me a return or something where the shaft meets the clutch it had 2 holes holding the shaft on one looked like it was a factory whole and the other hole looked like a hack special like when the hole gets stripped out and someone drives a hole right into the shaft with the screw. Never seen a clutch like that before it's cheap long store short I got a weed eater that runs but won't spin the head. I'm done doing business with this company sell me a weed eater I used for residential use and it couldn't even last one full summer.

Everything you get is made from low quality plastic and breaks straight away. I’ve a feeling that motor housing will snap soon too. Zip in a bag broke straight away. Triblade bend after 5min of using it, says that should be only used with metal cover which is not supplied. Plastic handle broke almost instantly. Motor runs well. I’ve only used for 10-15min. Didn’t use the saw - I regret the purchase to be honest. Other VEVOR stuff I bough in the past were ok. Ah .. forgot to mention … I think I got a reconditioned unit - visible use signs all over then unpacking. Gloves were the worst :) can’t add photos as it says must me lower quality - unfit for iPhone photos I guess

I received my order but my weed weater head and the pole saw are not In the box

Very very disappointed again. First time using the chain saw attachment. And the entire spline rod came lose and just rattled around inside. Took the attachment off and the rod fell out. I’ll definitely be requesting my money back for this. What a bad tool.

I have only used a quarter tank of gas in this machine and the starter rope broke along with the spring so I cannot use it. It is always been extremely hard to pull over contacted Vevor and they claimed I did not buy it from them.
