Well was excited to use my 63cc beast of a weed eater and on the second use my fuel box was hanging off the back of the motor …. All three hex screws had become dislodged and I couldn’t find them. So now I need to try and find hex socket caps and washers and locks… disappointing to say this least. Quality control should be looked at a little better that could have been way worse than what it was i.e. fire.

I wouldn’t know I still haven’t seen able to resolve the issue I have. So I haven’t been able to start it or anything else!

Worked for 1 Day. Screws loose, basically shook itself apart on use. After fixing that, starter assembly failed. Customer service resolution was to send a new starter assembly and some screws. That was 2-3 weeks ago. Will not be investing in further lawn equipment with VEVOR.

I would not purchase any items from this company again. First time using the machine and the 2 back bolts fell off. When I figured out what was going on the fuel tank was pouring out everywhere. From there reached out to the live agent, they set me up with the product support team waited almost 2 weeks for an answer. The answer they told me was to change my fuel mixture so I had to reopen another claim. From that claim, they finally sent me the fuel tank, but I am still missing the hardware to put the fuel tank on the machine. I’m pretty sure the hardware bolts are stripped out anyways so I’m pretty sure i need a whole new machine.

I have bought a lot of bargain tools but have never had one fail as epically. The handle broke off against my leg the fist day. It ran fine for that day. The second day it stopped. I checked the gas but the tank had literally fallen off 20 feet behind me. Contacted vevor and warranty and have been ghosted. You get what you pay for but I wouldn't gamble on another one of these sets to be honest. Now I'm out a couple hundred and have to find a name brand replacement.

I have not received my order and would like to know why im being asked to give a review

Well, I thought it was gonna be something good. Received it put it all together used it for five minutes and it fell apart now here I am a month later waiting for parts to fix a piece of crap so overall, I will never buy anything the crap that I’ve had to go through just for him to be like oh we’re gonna send you some bolts not a very good product
