Niet geheel duidelijk gebruiksaanwijzing maar werkt prima

Matériel de qualité ! Filtre très bien, l'eau n'a plus le goût de javel !👍 Petit bémol : laisse passer le calcaire 🥴 le jour où je change les cartouches je vérifierai si ça filtre le calcaire !

This was a gift for relatives who live in a rural area where there is poor quality water. The recipients had difficulty in assembling the water filter system as they said the instructions were not accurate and were confusing. They have now assembled the system and say it works well and the water taste and quality is excellent. (I did not open the box before giving it as a present, so cannot comment on the accuracy of the instructions, but they are technically adept people so assume there was some genuine problem.)

Was missing one of the silicone washers. I've gotten the runaround for a week from their customer service. Therefore: I can't even complete putting it together.

The unit worked properly for the first few weeks and then it did not gravity filter water efficiently. After I filled the reservoir tank to capacity, the next day it had only filtered 1/4 of the capacity of the reservoir. The catch tank was only less than half full. I followed the instruction manual to the T on how to assemble the unit. I can't figure out why the filters are not performing as they should. I don't want to buy replacement filters with only over a month of usage. So inefficient.

El equipo muy bien, los filtros que vienen con el me llegaron partidos, tuve que unirlos con cinta para no tener que tirarlos. A partir de ahí todo correcto

La qualité du filtre inox est très très correcte et doit ètre similaire à ce qu'on trouve ailleurs sur les sites spécialisés , ... avec l'avantage du prix . (Tous les autres ont des prix exorbitants ). . Les cartouches filtrantes par contre sont hyper basiques (10 microns !) donc ne filtrent pas grand'chose . .. Et le manuel illisible (microscopique) et en anglais uniquement. ..... ......... Je baisse la note car le site est juste une horreur, un casse-tete , on peut y passer des heures à tourner en rond ... à chercher le service client , attendre des réponses .. incomplètes , recommencer et recommencer, ne pas retrouver les commandes (expédiées = il y en a plus !), + ne pas pouvoir laisser de commentaire car ça marque qu'il n'y a pas eu de commandes ! ... Donc de grands progrès à faire !

Good Filter, but not filter the flawours, it still the bad taste of Barcelona's water.

Déçue que seulement un tiers environ de la quantité d'eau mise dans le récipient du haut puisse être filtrée et déscende dans la partie basse. En effet, la filtration du fluor se fait par les filtres hauts hermétiques sur les côtés : l'eau ne rentre que par le dessus. Je n'ai vu cette précision nulle part et m'attendais à des filtres en céramique du type Berkey. Donc un bon prix mais pas vraiment ce que je voulais.

Déçu du produit, pour le prix rien d'étonnant. "Inox" pas de qualité alimentaire, les filtres laissent une forte odeur et un fort goût à l'eau qui du coup n'est pas très buvable... Je les ai rincé, jeter 4 fois la filtration, rien à faire, ça sent le charbon et en a le goût. Je réfléchis à comment reconvertir...
