How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

Bill Vevor failed to cancel order
Never received the product and vevor failed to refund
It was late past delivery window, and I was not going to be at the receiving location anymore, requested Vevor to cancel order but was told to leave it and refuse delivery when it arrives; told Vevor rep I can't refuse delivery when I'm not going to be there but. He did not cancel the order and now the shipment has gone missing and Vevor has not processed the refund to this date, it been over a month.very poor customer service and extremely poor process
