This makes a nice upgrade from the smaller pumps that you tend to get with vacuum chambers, getting to full vacuum is much quicker meaning that you spend less of the working time of the silicone or resin in the chamber. Unfortunately it doesn't come with hoses or guages, so if you are looking to build your own vacuum chamber you will also need to find and buy those.

Works great

So far has proven excellent for my use for low pressure resin infusion. Can reach 50 Pa, which is more than enough. I only run it for a few minutes, so I don't know how long it could go without overheating. I use another dry pump to first take the pressure down to 200 kPa.

Light and compact, runs quietly. Prompt delivery, well packaged, simple to use, it seems to be a good machine.
