Can your vac pumps run non stop for a week or more as required? I need the pump to pull vacuum non stop until there is nil air left in blocks of wood being treated. I have gone through a number of pumps from China already.

Quick vacuum pump for degassing silicone and resin.
This makes a nice upgrade from the smaller pumps that you tend to get with vacuum chambers, getting to full vacuum is much quicker meaning that you spend less of the working time of the silicone or resin in the chamber. Unfortunately it doesn't come with hoses or guages, so if you are looking to build your own vacuum chamber you will also need to find and buy those.

This vacuum pump has been up to the task. It has cut my evacuation time considerably compared to my previous vacuum pump. I only work on small A/C systems "under 5 lb capacity" so larger systems may tax it more. However, this pump is great for automotive A/C systems.
