There was an issue with my still, and the seller took care of the situation promptly. Great still and great customer service.

Had oily manufacturing residues all over outside and inside. First use after washing still had machine oil smell.

Making fragrant water, so far.

I'm super happy with this still.It's easy to assemble and use.At first the thumper keg didn't seal but that was my fault.I put some c clamps on the lid to help seal it. Then I realized the way I had the hoses was the problem they were putting tension on the lid.I reset it so the hoses so were not putting tension on the lid.If you take the time to assemble correctly it works great.

Received this as a gift. By the 3rd run I had to replace the silicone gaskets in the flex tubing. $60 worth of parts, flex pipes replaced with copper tubing. Runs great now. Flex pipes should have NPT or FLR fittings.

I have made several runs and this kit works well for beginners. I haven't used the slobber pot yet because I don't believe it is needed as long as you can control the heat.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I found this easy to use as well as to maintain. Just don't over tighten the connections, finger tight plus about a half turn is plenty.

Would have gotten 5 stars but it was a little tough to regulate the water flow on the small condenser. Also the condenser coil is quite small. I ended up cutting the fittings off and making a new condenser coil inside a 5 gallon bucket.

Pretty good little rig thumper keg is a slop bucket though, easy to fix though

Received it and everything was in good condition. Easy to assemble. Only problem I noticed was that there was no down-pipe into the thump keg. I'll have to make one myself or the thump keg is fairly useless and can't be used as the design is intended. I don't like the silicon union used for the drip pipe. That could add odd flavors to the product. I'll buy a copper union to join the pipes to avoid that. I also wish that the flex lines were made of copper, or copper lined. As of writing this review I haven't used it yet to distill and will update after I do.
