Item was great once I adjusted the blade. VEVOR customer service were very helpful and attentive to me queries.

Would be nice if the item was set up to cut properly, had to adjust cutting depth

So impressed with this paper cutter. It slices through paper like butter. Easy to use, practical and safe. It's bigger than I expected but it's very heavy duty so it makes sense. Shipping was quick and seamless too.

I like my paper trimmer, does the job. So much so I ordered something else from Vevor, expecting the same quality and value but also the same experience of fast shipping. To Vevors credit it was shipped promptly and the tracking began. After a few weeks of it sitting with the courier not moving I started to make inquiries and also looking up the courier and a few looks and the company sits absolute friar category. I was told it’s delayed, just wait. Then after more weeks I was given a refund and told to have a nice life. I think Vevor thought they were doing the right thing, but I now feel I can’t order anything else from them as they use a terrible shipping company who has no intention of ever delivering to anywhere outside of the inner city

The product I received does not match what was advertised. Several components are inferior—for example, instead of a fixed bar to stabilise the paper, it uses a magnetised bar that constantly shifts position. The biggest issue, however, is that it simply DOES NOT CUT PROPERLY. On the rare occasions it does cut, the results are inconsistent and it often fails to cut through the entire stack of paper. What makes this even more frustrating is that the product arrived with a sticker stating it had been tested at the factory. Given that it does not function correctly out of the box, that claim is difficult to believe. A product like this should arrive ready to use and perform its basic function without requiring manual adjustments. Instead, I had to hunt down a vendor video to find adjustment instructions, as no assembly instructions or instruction on how to adjust it was included in the box. Even after following those adjustments, the cutting performance remained poor and inconsistent. Save yourself the frustration and don't waste your time on this product. I will be seeking a refund.

Please be aware that vevor is advertising their old model paper trimmer. I received their 'new and updated' paper cutter that no longer has a slide & screw secured paper baffle (the bit that goes behind the paper stack) and instead it is swapped out for a little plastic pusher with magnets on the bottom (that are light weight and struggle to hold paper in a fridge, much less push /hold a stack of 400 sheets you are trying to cut) The blade has no adjustment, but the red bar under the blade is adjustable - Unfortunately it needs to be adjusted to much that the paper lifts up onto that bar, and cuts at a significantly bevelled edge (for under 200 sheets, it was about a 4mm difference between the top and bottom edge) The metal base plate was warpped. the 'saftey lever' has been swapped for a pull out bright red ball - So - If you have any wrist weakness this is likely much less suitable now than the displayed product. I was subject to ongoing ai/standardised messages saying that "it takes times for facts to be checked" and after admitting this was not the displayed item, offered a $75 refund. This was not appropriate as it is unusable for "quickly and precisely" " cut{ting} through up to 400 sheets at once" - I asked for collection to be arranged, and a full refund. A full refund did come through - but no pick-up was arranged, so... I got to work out how to dispose of this. Poor Product not fit for purpose, and poor customer service.
