Q1: What are the necessary preparation steps before using this spray gun?

A1: 1. Security First! Wear goggles, a respirator (or mask), gloves, and protective clothing. 2. Prepare Your Paint: Always stir your paint thoroughly and strain it to clear any particles that could clog the tip.

Q2: How should I adjust the pressure? How do I know what pressure is suitable for my paint?

A2: Always test spray before you start: Hold the spray gun 12 in away from the surface. Find the right speed: too fast if it's too thin, too slow if it's too heavy. Adjust the pressure to as low as possible without creating a "tail" at the top of your fan.

Q3: How often should I clean my airless sprayer?

A3: After every Use! And thoroughly! Be sure to also clean the filters, housing, gun and tip.

Q4: What to do if the nozzle is clogged?

A4: Please rotate the nozzle 180° and pull the trigger for a while to clear it, then return the nozzle to its original position.

Q5: How can I determine when my spray tip needs to be replaced?

Pour des surfaces plus petites et détaillées comme des portes, nous vous recommandons de bien maîtriser le réglage de la pression et de choisir une buse adaptée pour obtenir une finition lisse et uniforme sans coulures.

If the machine will not be used for an extended period (3 days or more), please draw a small amount of lubricating oil into the machine after cleaning to prevent water residue from accumulating inside the pump body and causing the steel balls to seize. Can i use this spray gun to paint my roof with a membrain paint

Yes, you can use it for standard roof membrane paints. This 1500W/3300PSI airless sprayer works with water-based/oil-based roof coatings, acrylic waterproofing, and cold-applied asphalt membrane paint. Not suitable for heavy-body 2K polyurethane or hot-melt membranes. It comes with an extension wand + high-pressure hose for high/ large roof areasVEVOR. Tips: Thin the paint as recommended, use a larger nozzle (519/521), and set pressure to 2500–3000PSI.
