Hello, I have my extraction fan installed and working great. I have the fan under the house and would like the control panel in the hallway upstairs... Is it possible to get a cable extension? I would need at least 5m... My other option is to cut the cable and splice in an extension.... Cheers Philip
4. The wiring principles for three-core and four-core cables are similar. Cut the wire in half at the center. Match the colors of the wires to connect the extension cable (connect the same color at both ends). Then wrap the connection securely with electrical tape. You may purchase 26 AWG 60°C copper wire for the extension.
We recommend this operation be performed by personnel with professional electrical knowledge.
