For the price, I didn’t really have high hopes for this - but I was pleasantly surprised. Instruction shortcomings aside, this is really a great kit. I was actually already planning on building one and had bought the L brackets for about 1/2 of of what this sells for. Everything included in the kit is pretty good quality - they didn’t cheap out on anything, but they didn’t necessarily overbuild this either. It’s exactly what you pay for and, quite honestly, that is plenty good for me. The entire kit comes packed in a fairly small box - surprisingly. It’s not light, though, so just a heads up. Every single piece is packed in plastic wrapping and key points have cushioning of foam strip and/or cardboard. It took me nearly as long to unpack as it took to put together, lol. Overall, I’m really happy with this. My kayaks had previously just been sitting on pallets with some kayak covers occasionally used. They ended up getting muddy and dirty and just sort of neglected between outings . I’m super happy to have this to store them on and if I’d known the quality of the kit was as good as it was, I wouldn’t have hesitated to buy. Pretty good deal and recommended!
